Flat Iron

I wasn't really in the market for half a kilo of sirloin, even if it had been USDA rated and cooked by the wood burner. But the sight was mesmerising and it looked absolutely bang on when it was taken off the spit. Instead the staple flat iron was my dinner. And it was just perfect. No reservations, just line up on the long refectory table by the fire and enjoy. I shall surely be back.

London may well be reeling from the events of yesterday but in an admirable display of FU there were plenty of people out and about, eating, drinking and just doing what they do. Seems sensible to me.
