The grassy areas in the park are gradually turning white, yellow and orange as the daffodils continue to burst into bloom.

Despite the cold I managed to plant some new alpines in my rockery this afternoon. The grass needs to be scarified again but it was too cold and the grass was too damp .... my excuse for coming in for a cuppa!
