Flower Friday: Spring Beauty

Claytonia lanceolata, is a member of the purslane family. It grows from corms that when cooked taste like potato; another common name is Indian Potato. It is one of my favorite wildflowers, it is so delicate and lovely. 


Another busy day setting up the site at the college for Job and Career Fair. Just one more day, and then I can breathe a sigh of relief.
