There weren't too many smiling faces

Stuck at Frankfurt today during the crew strike. It was pretty chaotic but I was very impressed with the efforts that the airport staff went to in being friendly and doing more than their hardest to handle the thousands of questions.

I made it to Stockholm in the end, but my baggage was not so lucky :(

Virtually all the flights cancelled.
