Kong

Jake devours his food as though he were still having to fight through four bigger siblings for his fair share, despite the fact that neither I, nor anyone else in the house has any desire to partake of his dog food.

This 'kong' is supposed to slow the frantic gobbling, which it does, as the dog has to bat the red weeble, making it wobble until the hole on the one side tips over, spilling food onto the floor. The problems begin when the food is spilled beneath something he can't get under or the kong itself gets stuck behind a door, or worse - rolls across your foot.
