Rescued

After yesterday's almost summer like weather, today came as a major shock. It was very cool, damp and very grey. Fled to the forest in Ottobeuren for the evening walk and when I got the camera out to get an emergency evening Blip of the basilica, found the battery was dead.

Luckily Angie came to the rescue with this nightly scene of Flash and Eddie sleeping upstairs alongside the bed. Always the same. Eddie snuggles up in to Flash's woolly belly as if to suckle and Flash snoozes away untroubled with his tongue popping out.

Eddie continues to adore him above all others but has also improved relationships with Luna who will tolerate him so long as he doesn't try stealing her food. Eddie is also great playing friends with both the other two male cats (who hate each other) and the two female cats are still inquisitive but weary of the new boy on the block. But also nice to see, Eddie has no fear of the horses, despite being trodden on by one and ending up in a plaster caste for months and having a pin in his shoulder.
