... and works in a well-known Bank.
By the same post, there arrived two letters. Both dated the same day.
One thanking me for informing them of Alice's "departure" and informing me they had removed her name from A/c and Insurance info.
This one informing us that the A/c we used while in the shop had been closed, which I had done and requested.
I suspect it is thus on account of the fact it was closed before, though on the same day as, I informed them and, obviously did not deem it necessary to alter the name(s).
