just put in the oven: Slow-roasted lamb with hot fennel relish
needs 5 hours of cooking.
just out of the oven: note to self - make sure that all the onion and fennel is directly under the lamb - and maybe cook for 4 hours instead of
five - and also be a bit more generous with the wine.
