Mother's Day

Kirsty and I had planned a sister day today, and as it was too sunny to go to IKEA, we headed up the Eildons with mum. It was so sunny and warm, it was the perfect day to go walking.

It was hilarious watching mum trying to walk down the hills in the scree. Kit and had a good laugh and I had to hold mum's hand as she was walking to stop her slipping. We only climbed two of the the eildons but it was the two biggest ones so that's what counts right?

Mum treated us to an ice cream when we got back to Melrose.

By the time we got home, it was still early so I chilled with Dad, chased Deacon around the garden before heading home. When Rory got home, we went for a walk (and a little play in the park) before making dinner.

We're curled up on the sofa watching Guardians of the galaxy. Think I might head for a bath.
