Spring sunrise...

That's it. I'm burst. One of those days where you so want to sit down but if you do you just won't get back up.

Lost an hour due to daylight saving so getting up at effectively 0500 for ice skating, straight into rugby then an hour of skating followed by a belter of a dug wal......zzzzzzzz....
