Appreciated

Received a humourous Mother's day card from the stepdaughter today (had to crop due to the language it contains). It was much appreciated and felt lovely to be considered worthy to receive one. My humour must have rubbed off on her as a child- ironically, I bought my work mum the exact same card! Therefore, I feel the sentiment must be true!
A lazy morning watching films with Li'l sis' after a sleepover. We then went to The Mother's bearing gifts, Li'l sis' insisted on buying her own with her own money this year. We all ate a lovely dinner prepared by The Mother (I'm no good at roast dinners!) before sitting down to her choice of Harry Potter film!
