Canadian Geese

Set off for work in thick, thick fog but left it behind as I headed out of Newcastle/Gateshead toward Darlington.
I always like my walk into the centre of Darlington along the canal. Four Canadian geese were swimming along in a line. Today I completed another two research interviews bringing the total to four. I also managed to squeeze in a lunchtime wellbeing class at the Christian retreat centre. It was very beneficial with a guided meditation (fell asleep toward the end!), mindfulness exercises in the garden, Tai Chi movements and healing 'holds'.
Met hubby after work to do a quick food shop.
Both daughters are feeling very poorly today and must have picked up a bug! :(
