Me and my shadow

Another lovely day, though a bit cooler.
Spent a fair chunk of the morning sowing seeds and potting on seedlings and the afternoon helping with a group at church. Some of the time I was helping with those using sewing machines and some looking after the kids (and getting puked on!).
Once home there was time to sit and enjoy the sun among the daffodils before going out for a run with the trail running group. This week it was only partly on road and they kept having to wait for me but it was a great evening for a run and there were some wonderful views.
