Waiting again

I was back at the eye hospital for a check-up this afternoon and am happy to report that there has been no worsening of my Macular Degeneration in the two months since I was last there.

Once again I was very lucky and was seen straight away despite the notices about long waiting times, although the whole procedure, what with the various eye-drops and tests, took more than an hour.

I noticed that none of the clocks on the walls had been adjusted, following the time-change at the weekend. That must be one of the NHS cutbacks...;-)
