I Spy

I walked to the shop for milk this morning on the lookout for a TinyTuesday blip. I saw quite a few rusty coloured flies on greenish plants and bees on borage flowers. I wasn't sure if any of them would work as there was quite a breeze each time I pressed the shutter!
Just as I was approaching the shop I spotted this beautiful Kestrel on top of a branch. I was getting ready to take a shot when a car zoomed around the corner and spooked it. Fortunately it setled back on it's perch and I was able to get some shots. I really didn't know if they'd be any good so you can imagine how delighted I am with this. Not bad for a handheld, full zoom with my fuji finepix bridge camera. ☺
