Red Rocks

We are in jaw-dropingly beautiful Sedona for two nights and spent today hiking in the backcountry where the views were just magnificent.  I always get frustrated with my minimal landscape photography skills, because I never seem to capture it as I actually saw it.  The intermittent cloudiness casting shadows and the fact that I was unwilling to schlep the tripod for the 5-mile hike didn’t help, but hopefully, you will get the idea. It is better viewed in LARGE.  I have uploaded a different view which is of iconic Cathedral Rock. If you look closely you will see some houses which will give you a sense of scale.
