Lined up

They all want to sit with me as I'd been out for ages and ages.

Hydrotherapy was good. Only 4 out of 10 turned up after the session yesterday. Made me a bit cross that help is on offer to teach us to self manage a painful condition and people don't bother turning up. As my dear husband says I am stubborn determined to push through to give myself the best chance of staying mobile.

Finished my pottery painting. It will be ready in 10 days after firing.
