Rhododendrons in an explosion of colour!

I love going down to the lake where there are vast grounds and a beautiful park. The rhododendrons have just started to bloom and their beauty takes my breath away! I really loved this one in a bright and intense pink. I only had my pocket camera with me as I was busy doing walking practice and didn't want to be encumbered by a bigger camera and case, especially walking up all those hills! My compact camera just fits in my waist pouch!
