Misty morning

Beautiful and serene down at the estuary this morning.
Misty, foggy weather, very still and quiet.
Not great for the airports and travelers though. Alot of closures and flight delays.
I'm off on a 3 day retreat tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. Not something that I have done before . I know the organizer , through my gym. But other than her I will be on my own! Yoga, massage, walks and talks are on the agenda.
