A Favourite Place

A possible entry for this week's challenge 'A FAVOURITE PLACE'.  Of course, it doesn't have to be my favourite place, though The Shore along the Water of Leith is actually one of mine too. However, it was also Sandy Irvine Robertson's OBE (1942-1999) favourite place and he is able to gaze out upon it forever more. This is a sculpture by Lucy Poett.  People like to sit and chat with him and have their photograph taken with him.
He was a local wine merchant, charity promoter and founder of the Scottish Business Achievements Awards Trust. His friends commissioned this life size sculpture.
