Sakit perut

In Asia I usually have a fairly cast iron stomach, so it wasn't convenient that cramps struck when in a meeting with a senior government official from fisheries. As I exited to the toilet downstairs the lady on reception ushered me to the one directly accessed through the meeting room. More distance would have been preferred.

This was back in the office toilet where I spent some extended periods. Two giant cockroaches kept me company.

Despite all this it was still a successful end to Part 1 of this Aceh trip. Next week there is less gallivanting on islands and we're office-based to focus on reporting for the large EU project that I've been supporting for a while.
