On top of The Royal Hall in Harrogate

... is a rather splendid roof.

Harrogate's Royal Hall or Kursaal as it originally known, is a magnificent Grade II listed building.
Like many buildings, you have to look upwards to appreciate them as a whole. I took this shot from a distance away on the other side of a busy road. It is quite an intricate structure which is easily overlooked from street level.
