First day at school!

This is it! Daisy's first day (well, two hours...) at school!

She didn't have to go in until 1pm, so spent all morning trying to occupy her until the big moment arrived. We walked (she scooted) to school, where we met one of her pre-school friends, and off they went together. No tears, no backwards looks. I walked home with another mum and then had a little cry. Purely out of pride, you understand ;-)

Two hours later and she bounced out, dragged her feet round town and devoured chocolate ice cream. So that's it. School. Tick. All we have to do now is convince her to go back tomorrow...
