Brahma chicks

Over the hills (North Pennines to be precise) to deliver an out door tortoise pen to a friend in Mickleton. Torias tortoise is having a 5 month holiday!
Cath has hatched and incubated the eggs of  these fine specimens of giant chickens. They grow to at least 18" tall. Lots of other animals to see, new calves, alpacas, zwartble lambs and Jacobs sheep and pigs. I didn't know who to blip! A tasty spot of lunch at the Three Tuns in Eggleston was eaten before heading back through Teesdale  towards home. Extra shows view just as you come back into Cumbria looking towards Garrigill.
