Last run for a couple of days...

Hero and Biscuit has been to the dog chiropractor today.

I am glad we went! It was just a check-up before the European Championship, but yiks!

Biscuit... well... Biscuit has been happy and worked well lately... He performed brilliantly at the Horse Show last weekend. But when the chiropractor went over him, it was obvious that something was bothering him and oh yes! Something was seriously out in his hind part! So out that I could feel it when she told me how to... It is sorted now, but he must rest for 48 hours, so the puppy pen is back out and he is in it as he is not allowed to jump up and down from the sofa and my bed!

Hero slipped when he landed after a jump at the Horse Show last weekend. He still performed well, but he is usually very fast and after his slip, he slowed down to a more normal dog pace. He was not slow, but Hero moving at a normal pace is wrong! It turned out that he injured his leg when he slipped, so he has been put right too, but needs to rest for 96 hours. So he is in the puppy pen too!

They are both going back on Tuesday, to make sure they have recovered well.

Amazing that they have been working so well and with no sign of pain, when they both had something that needed to be put right. It just proves how important to have them checked regularly. They love their dancing and their training so much, that they will do it even if they are not felling quite right...

So this picture is the last one of them running freely for a couple of days as the next 4 days will be lead-walking until Hero is back on form.

And my mum is back in hospital. She was unwell yesterday, but refused to go to hospital. Today her doctor had her convinced and they have already found that her kidneys aren't working as they should. They are doing more tests to find out what is going on.
