Dawet Telasih consists of gruel, black glutinous rice porridge, cendol, sticky tape, and seeds telasih. These drinks without preservatives and no artificial sweeteners. For coloring cendol, the traditional way of using the leaf suji is retained. While the sweetener use real sugar instead of artificial sweeteners. Unlike the dawet beverages or other cendol, dawet telasih predominantly white instead of brown. This beverage also uses a thin coconut milk and coconut milk.
