Breach Of Copyright Or Not ?

Sorry to those of you who are bored with the topic, but I know a few of you were interested in the official line from Blipfoto Helpdesk.
Just so we can put this to bed for good, my blip today is my request for clarity on the topic and below is the reply from Graham at the Helpdesk.
