Crammond Beach

Met Kirsty for breakfast and at her recommendation went to Crammond before heading home . 
The tide was out so we managed to walk out to the island which was busy with lots of folk exercising themselves, their kids or their dogs. Also walked along the beach with some views of the new bridge, and the  Firth of Forth.
