Turku Cathedral

A little walk in Turku between hotel breakfast and the Association of the Finnish Camera Clubs assembly. The cathedral was built in the 14th century (exact time unknown), but it has been enlarged in the next centuries. The tower is 85.5 metres high. An impressive building.

On the way home, there was a huge flock of geese and a dozen swans on a field by the road (in the extra). The number of the geese must have been several hundreds, maybe even over a thousand (hard to count though!). While I was there, all the geese rose to the air, made a few circles and landed back in the same area. Not sure what caused that as I was quite far, but afterwards I noticed another car that had stopped nearby. Maybe there was some disturbance from there.

Backblipped yesterday.
