Chasing Butterflies

Another short jog this morning along the bike trails. Followed by a Jet walk in the afternoon sunshine. Despite accompanying me on the run he was just enthusiastic to go out a second time.

Spotted a number of different butterflies but they did not seem to keen to be photographed. Just when I was about to give up I spotted this fine specimen sunbathing.....Blip sorted.

Then off to the gym for Pilates determined to get the shoulder back to normal.
