Last treat

Left J iin Brum to help look after her mum and dad this week. Kilda is also there. Had a good trip back home and went out for a run when I got back. First run in 5 weeks as we have been away and then suffering Argentinian man flu. Hoping it might help me get over the last bit of the cold and after 5 hours in the car I needed to stretch my legs. Met up with RD for a drink and catch-up before having a treat for tea and watching the final of the voice.
