Sophie bear

This is little Sophie she's a cutie love her lots. She wanted to do a selfie this morning. I was on the way back from doctors her mum called me in for a brew. Feeling delicate today stomachs burning. The Dr's were queueing out the door. And waiting room was full. I couldn't sit and wait for two hours for open surgery so will have to go back tomorrow. On the way back from Dr's I walked past the chemist and ended up signing up for FREE 12 week course on healthy eating and weekly weighs.
