Thistle Cross Cider

Tasted a bottle of Strawberry Cider from local (based at Dunbar in East Lothian) cider producer Thistly Cross this evening.

Pretty decent, not as sickly sweet as a lot of the big brand ciders. Apparently they ferment it with Champagne yeast and mature it for 5 months. Nice to taste something made locally from local produce too.
