...he will leak fluids wherever he goes. Minimising the length of nasally-proximal hairs is always useful during the dribbly phases of colds. The elbow is scabbed over quite nicely and is being allowed some air in the mornings and evenings but will remain covered at night for a while yet. It's a bit late to try and remove some hairs from the dressing-adhesion site so I'll have to remember to so do the next time I scrape a big hole anywhere.
