... sorry, I don't know what happened there - I seem to have lost 24 hours. Maybe the bipeds took a little too much blood out of me!

I seem not to be cut out for blood donation, so today I thought I'd try my hand at long distance running for charity.

The great north run is a week on Sunday, and 'he' is going up to race Mo Farah and co, so I figure I'll stow away in the boot of his car and toddle round my self!

Training phase 1 -would have been a lot easier had I opposable thumbs.... damn it!
