On the wing

A chillier, raw sort of a day.  More gardening, but round the back where it is more sheltered.  Neighbour Ruth gave me some lettuce, cabbage and cauliflower seedlings from her polytunnel, so they are planted up in pots in the greenhouse, where they can grow on a bit until the weather gets a bit warmer.

Up and down the road several times a day over the last few days as I am cat sitting for a cat which is never there!  He has an outdoor "kennel" with rug, food and water in it, and the food is always eaten, but no sign of him in the fur flesh.  The place is rife with rabbits, so he probably is busy hunting.  So long as he turns up when his owners come home!
