Keep on running

Well today was a strange one.
This girl contacted me via my athletics club on FB.
She is training for her first ever marathon and wanted someone to do a long 20 mile run with.
As I never so no to anything, and despite not having run 20 miles for a few years now I said I would go with her.
So 20 miles later we find out a lot about each other - and interestingly she is quite the star on the Asian music circuit.
