My Photo Journal Journey

All-embracing learning

Although today was wet, and some students couldn't get into school as roads were closed, it was decided to go ahead with the food festival.  We had food from the four corners of the world - except New Zealand.  Some of the countries were: Canada, Thailand, Germany, France, Philippines,  Cambodia, Japan, China, Niue, England, South Africa. I am sure there were more but can't remember.  They chose some of the traditional food to cook, present and sell.  Tickets were a $1 each and each stall had their own prices between $1 and $3.  It was very popular and the stalls were busy until all food had gone.
My favourite was the Cambodian pork dumplings....they were so delicious I had to go back for more.
