Ice Bath!

Today was back to being hot! Mazen and I went to the shops to try and get a phone finally sorted out for me! I was told Rogers would work with my phone from home, so I got a Rogers Pre-Paid plan, but it is yet to work properly... so a trip back to the mall will be coming soon!
At 4:30pm today, was my first training session with the Guelph Gryphons, it was very tough, especially since I haven't been training particularly hard over the past week or two. An Ice bath was my first call as soon as I got home! As soon as i sign the Varsity forms and pay the team fee, i get use of the ice bath in the Athletic Center, so no more sitting in the ice bath at home!
