A busy day starting with the morning dog walk before heading to Stromness to shovel some horse poop.

Back home and reunited with Gorgeous who wanted to walk at the coast to watch the huge waves...We headed to Skaill and walked north. We were buffeted by very strong winds and sea spray whilst the dogs, oblivious, chased after the scent of rabbits.

Back at home I caught up on a fair bit of paperwork and tidying and then headed to the gym for a spinning class. I can confirm that my bum has finally stopped hurting from last weeks cycling holiday. At last!
