A Loooooong Wait

I needed to go to the DMV to licence the scooter we bought yesterday.  I took this picture of the parking lot before I ever entered the building. I've never seen this many cars in the lot before and the crowd inside the building reflected lot quite well.  There are 9 windows along the service counter but there were never more than 3 open at any time and mostly it was 1 or 2.
