Cyclamen rhodium peloponnesiacum

Latin names eh?  This pretty little cyclamen belongs in the garden really but as I have a number of seed raised plants in pots I was able to bring one in and enjoy it on the kitchen table this morning.  With rather thin, fleshy leaves this is a plant often found growing away from full sun but the forms from Greece seem to be doing alright in our, hot, dry garden.

Another busy day.  Allotment this morning - thank goodness the water is on, we've had it warm and dry for a while now.  Seed will not germinate without watering and all the small plants need it too.  Ruth had pain clinic and wheelchair services appointments which went well, two down, eight to go as she said afterwards.  It's been fun trying to fit in all she needs while she is home for Easter.  Following the second appointment we all met up for a super late lunch in the City.  Family fun time :-)
