Colorful Subject On A Gray Day

For Abstract Thursday 93 with many thanks to Ingeborg.  I looked at her entry which is about motion and thought that was the theme.  Later found out that it is an open theme.  Well, here is my colorful motion.  Raining all day - April showers - melting the snow.  Still pretty cool at 37F.  The subject here is one of those Granny Square afghans - I'm not sure where it came from, found it at my mom's house 10 years ago - I don't think she made it though.
