Bike sharing

In just a few months new bike sharing services have changed Beijing significantly. The bikes can be parked anywhere and users find them by locating them on a mobile app. The app is also used to read the QR code on the bike to get a code for opening the bike's lock. It all costs near to nothing.

Cycling seems to have become popular again and it is getting rare to see people using their own bikes. The downside is that the bikes are abandoned anywhere, often blocking pedestrian and cycling routes. This spot has obviously been organised by someone, usually it is not this neat.
