Wacky weather
Today the harsh rain has decided to freeze overnight and snow about 3 inches. When I showed Cricketta the window and the cold air coming through the glass she instantly tried to move away from the cold. This shows that her natural instincts tell her to move away from the Canadian cold in harsh winter months (Nov-Feb) and either migrate a little or burrow underneath the ground to escape the cold. When crickets burrow I don't think they hibernate, because Cricketta eats every day. I think that crickets burrow then eat the decaying dirt or roots of plant life to survive.
