Gale force winds and rain overnight and into the morning but the afternoon cleared off nicely.  There's more to come this evening.  Gov. Jerry Brown declared the drought is over for the state.

My first haircut since leaving Portland - it was not good at all - not the worst I've had, but still bad...  My research did not pay off so the hunt for a stylist that can competently cut curly hair continues!  Thankfully my hair grows really fast and if all else fails the stylist I used to see in San Francisco is still cutting hair so I can go see her.
