Hanging on

Another beautiful day today but again that chill first thing was good at reminding me it is September.

Finished surveying the pipe of doom today so very pleased about that, although apart from the smell I did rather enjoy all the practical and physical problems the job caused us. Solving problems like that is always very enjoyable as it creates a great sense of satisfaction when the whole thing ties together nicely.

Not much to Blip from site today but the butterfly population at home seem to be having a whale of a time and there seems to be loads of them just soaking up the sun on our fence. I don't think I have Blipped a tortoiseshell (what a clumsy word) butterfly this year so it seems the perfect time to give one a photographic airing.
