New Money

One of those funny bitty days - not really settled to anything.  Going out to out daughter's this afternoon so an early blip today.  When we were out on Thursday we asked if anybody had seen the new pound coin.  We hadn't but the waitress said yes she had they  had some in the till and got one out to show us..  KG asked if he could change £5.00 for them and have 5 new coins.  She did and he gave one to each of us.

It is not quite as different as I expected I thought that it would be more like the old three-penny piece  but  it is really quite round with small angles.

Anyway my blip is old money and new money.
