Another Bird Blip

Three bird blips this week!

A quick 5km run and then breakfast in the sunshine on the back lawn. This wood pigeon was watching me eat every crumb. When it realised that I wasn't going to share my food it launched itself from the branch.

An "early in the day" blip for me. Car washing and gardening beckons and then hotels and train tickets to sort for next week.

Finished the day with 21,161 steps - mainly in straight lines behind the lawnmower.
