Visited our favorite pozole restaurant during their rush hour and the only table available was the one right next to the kitchen. This spot provided a great vantage point to see the number of dishes that came in for cleaning. They were brought in, they were piled up, they were cleaned off, they were moved to dishwashing - making room for more. This series may have been more effective if shot with a tripod, but that would have taken up too much room in this busy restaurant (and required advanced planning on my part). Not sure the photo composite will come across on blip the way I envision it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
